BOOKING POLICIES

LATE POLICIES

For arrivals up to 10 minutes late, there is no problem with communication. However, please note that the late arrival will reduce the time of the original appointment and cannot be extended into the next scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and the card on file will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please note that ALL deposits and FULL payments are NON-refundable and NON-transferable. We require at least a 48-hour notice for any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of appointments. To reschedule or change an appointment, you must do so 48 hours prior to the original scheduled appointment.

In the case of cancellations, you must inform us 48 hours before the appointment. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

 

If you can outside of the 48-hour window you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. If you do not attend your appointment and do not inform us you are considered a ("no call/no show"), you will be charged 100% of the balance due and required to pay the full amount for your next booked service. After two "no call/no show" incidents, you will no longer be able to book future services with us.

PAYMENTS METHODS

Clients may pay the final balance using the following payment methods: Cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Debit Card, or Credit Card. **Please note that if a Debit or Credit Card is used for the final charge, the service total may be subject to a 3% fee.

REFUNDS

**Please note that ALL deposits and partial/full payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, except in the case of cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances.
